Chef McVade’s culinary journey began during his college years, driven by a desire for meals that offered the comfort and authenticity of home cooking; something he found lacking in the usual fast-food options. Frustrated by the limited choices, he began experimenting in his small kitchen at his apartment, challenging himself to create flavorful dishes and bake fresh breads from scratch with whatever ingredients were available.

Through dedication and countless hours of trial and error, Chef McVade refined his skills, drawing inspiration from family traditions and online resources such as cooking tutorials and recipe channels. Over time, he became known among friends and family for his inventive and satisfying meals, often showcasing his creations at gatherings, holidays, and game nights, where his food quickly became the highlight.

Today, Chef McVade is the proud owner of McVade’s, a mobile food truck and catering company built on the foundation of passion, creativity, and community. With a mission to bring Good Food and People Together, McVade’s continues to serve up handcrafted, flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression.
